Run the Event. Not the paperwork.
Book Events sells the tickets, holds the capacity, and gets everyone through the gate, so your attention stays on the evening you are actually putting on. Tell it your real limits — seats, staff, mats, kits, goats — and it holds the tightest one for you.
Private table is unavailable: kitchen staff is the binding constraint, not seats. Your customers see that sentence, in your words.
To install, with no monthly fee on the free tier. A quiet February costs you nothing at all.
Scan at the gate with no signal. Conflicts reconcile when the phone finds a bar again.
Are never billed. We charge on captured revenue, net of refunds, excluding shipping and tax.
Oversells attributable to the capacity engine. Any oversell is a P0 bug and gets treated like one.

Goat yoga, Saturday
The midday session is limited by the goats, who are already booked into the 10:30. Pools are time-aware, so one shared resource draws down across every session it touches.
One event, several limits.
A tour is limited by wagon seats and by one guide. A class is limited by kits. A yoga session is limited by mats and by animals shared with the session before it.
Name each limit once. Tell us what each ticket consumes. We do the arithmetic under simultaneous checkout, with holds rather than hopeful inventory maths.

Why we built this
We found out at the door, like everyone else does.
Our design partner runs goat yoga, crafting classes, farm tours and farm-to-table dinners. They sold a family ticket for a dinner and Shopify took one seat off forty. Five people arrived. There were four chairs.
That is not a bug in any one app. It is what happens when a ticket is modelled as a unit of product inventory. So we stopped modelling it that way: what you sell and what it consumes are two different things, and only the second one is capacity.
The rest of the product is the boring consequence of taking that seriously — holds instead of decrements, pools that know about time, and a scanner that works where there is no signal.
Built in Detroit. We answer on weekends.
Forty seats. Two kitchen staff. One evening.
Questions
Will this work with my theme?
Yes. Everything on the storefront is a theme app block or app extension, so you place it from the theme editor. No code, no developer, and it survives a theme change.
What happens if two people check out at once?
The first to reach checkout takes a timed hold on the capacity they need. The second sees the truth immediately. Nobody gets a confirmation for a place that is gone.
Do I need signal at the gate?
No. Load the attendee list before you walk down, scan offline all evening, and the phone reconciles when it finds a bar again. Double scans are caught either way.
Can I move an event when it rains?
Cancel or move one date and resolve every attendee in one pass: notify them, offer other dates from the same event, issue store credit, or refund. Every action is logged.
Is the free plan actually usable?
Every feature, unlimited events, unlimited tickets, and no monthly fee. You pay 1.5% of what you collect and nothing else. We will not show you a setting in admin that your customers cannot actually buy against.
What are you not good at?
Arena and concert selling, conference agendas, equipment rental, and one-to-one appointments. If that is your business, another app in the category will serve you better.
Spend Saturday hosting.
Install free, publish one event, and let it run itself for a weekend. If anything at the gate needs you to intervene, we want to hear about it.
